Your 1st Home Buying experience should be one of the most exciting events in your life. To financially assist you, The Federal Government, The State of California and many Orange County cities offer programs to help you achieve your dreams.
Most of these programs have rarely been used due to lack of knowledge and high home prices in Southern California. Now is a perfect time to buy while there is an abundance of homes for sale and interest rates are very low.
I have lenders on my team who know and use these programs to assist 1st Time Buyers. Below is information on a few of the programs available. Please call or email me if you’d like to discuss which program best suits your needs.
It’s All About You!!!!!

Homebuyers interested in applying for financing should contact one of CalHFA's approved lenders.
CalHFA does not lend money directly to consumers. CalHFA works through and uses approved private lenders to qualify consumers and to make all mortgage loans. CalHFA purchases closed loans that meet CalHFA's requirements. The fees consumers pay could be different depending on the lender and the program.
