I inherited a small house in Ontario that I was leasing to tenants.  The house was older and in need of repairs and the renters did not want to leave.  Bev's team helped with the eviction, and the repairs.  We got the home sold very quickly.  The whole process was pretty scary.  She was able to walk me through each step and ease my fears  She and Her team are knowledgeable and always there for you.  I have since purchased my current home and have started buying investment properties.  Each closing is as smooth as the last.  I have recommended her to family and employees.

   When my mother passed away, she left me 2 houses in a trust. Both houses were in extreme distress.  The first in San Gabriel got 3 full price offers in less that 2 weeks, and we accepted the one that was all cash.

The other house in Pasadena, had renters who destroyed the inside and outside.  Bev's team hired a company to do pest abatement for the bees living in the fireplace chimney.  They removed 150 lbs. of honey!  She hired a company to clean up the back yard (5 big dumpsters) and had the abandoned cars and RV removed from the property.  She found a buyer looking for a fixer upper with cash.  This house was in escrow in less than 30 days.
